My EASY 3 Step Fat Loss Morning Routine:
- 😴Sleep 8PM - 4AM (8hr)
- 👟Walk 10K Steps (Burn 300-500 calories)
- 💧Drink 1/2 Gallon Of Water Before 12PM
After I did all of this I would have my first meal.
Before you say:
"I could never wake up at 4AM"
You don't have to!
4AM works for me because it allows me to be really productive and get started with an empowered feeling knowing that I am up getting a head start before most people in this world.
Plus if you have kids or a family - it will be really nice quiet time for you.
4AM works for me but the GOAL is to sleep 8 hrs.
So find the sleep schedule that works best for your lifestyle.
