Man, this year has been full of gym shut downs.
It's been rough for a lot people to stay in shape but not us.
Since you are one of my subscribers, you know we can workout anywhere: At home, the park, the gym... If your gym closed again.
Hit this workout to not lose any of your progress:
Push Ups 3 x 20
Pull Ups 3 x 10
Rest 60 seconds
Squats 3 x 20
Lunges 3 x 10 (each leg)
Rest 60 seconds
Burpees x 50
Finish in as many sets as it takes
Feel free to add weight to make each exercise harder.
