Plateaus are inevitable.
You'll eventually hit one in your muscle building journey.
When that happens do this to your workouts:
End every set to failure for the next 3 weeks.
Max out on reps on every last set of your exercises.
If your routine has:
Pull Ups 3 set x 10 reps
Dips 3 set x 10 reps
Finish that 3rd set of each with max reps
That might be 15 or 20 reps.
This will be hard. Your muscles will be more sore than usual.
But if you wanna grow you have to pound your muscles to submission so they can recover and come back stronger & bigger.
After the 3 weeks you can continue back to doing your 3 sets of 10 reps (Or whatever your program calls for)
Simple but powerful strategy.
