Good news: Gyms will soon open up in your city (Mine open this Friday)
Bad news: You will have limited time to workout & have to reserve a time slot
Now IDK exactly how the gym system will look but I am guessing it will a scheduling system where you reserve a time slot & have 1-2 hrs to workout.
And to hep you prepare here is a GYM COMEBACK WORKOUT:
Warm Up
Squat 4 x 8
Over head press 4 x 8
Pull ups 4 x 8
Dumbbell Chest press 4 x 8
Lunges 4 x 8
Dips 4 x 8
Leg raises 4 x 8
Battle ropes 4 x 1 min
For this workout we are doing 4 super sets & you should be done in less than 1 hr.
It's a full body workout & you can adjust the weights you use to your current level.
Most likely your workouts weren't as intense at home (Unless you got my home workout guide)
And you need to rebuild your strength & get used to using weights again.
Your muscles will get shaky when using heavy barbells or dumbbells since you lost stability
But you will quickly gain it back thanks to muscle memory.
