💪 Bench Press Rack (most of the time I use this as a squat rack)
While I have all of this equipment most of the time I just use my pull up bar, gymnastic rings, the jump rope and the sandbags.
It’s nice to have equipment but not much is needed to get RESULTS
In fact, if you’ve been slacking on your fitness during this quarantine - Its not your lack of gym equipment
It’s your LACK OF COMMITMENT

You’ve allowed yourself to slack off bc you don’t have access to equipment or a gym
If you keep that MINDSET you’ll never make progress
You must adapt to the environment and current conditions
- ✅ No gym? Attack the home workout without any mercy
- ✅ No weights? Make sandbags
- ✅ No pull up bar? Buy one, put a broom in between 2 chairs & row, hang a towel from a tree branch
Get creative!
STOP LETTING THE FACT THAT GYMS ARE CLOSED BE THE REASON WHY YOU ARE GETTING FAT & WEAK

Read that again until it sinks in!
If you had high standards for yourself - you would have adapted to the situation by now.
You would be working out at home even if the workouts weren’t perfect.
You would be taking action because no virus will get in the way of your goals.
