Today let me give you 4 progressions for pull ups.
If you aren't doing pull ups in your current workout - find a way to make them happen or else you are leaving gains on the table.
- Find a table to do rows with
- Buy a pull up bar on amazon
- Hang a towel on a tree branch
- Etc
Get creative & make it happen.
Level 1: Inverted Rows x 15
Level 2: Regular Pull Ups x 10-15
Level 3: Archer Pull Ups x 10-15
Level 4: 1 Arm Assisted Pull Ups x 5 (Each Arm)
If you can do the amount of reps on level 1 - move onto level 2 until you hit the reps goal and keep advancing.
