Things have been CRAZY this past week.
With all gyms closing down, many are panicking and putting more stress on their body than they should.
I know you were affected too & I am here to help.
If you've been following me for a while - you know your body doesn’t like stress - all that stress does is put your body on a catabolic state instead of an anabolic one.
And when you are in a catabolic state - you start losing muscle!
You've been busting your ass at the gym & dieting for months so there is no way we will let this virus destroy our muscle.
Here is what to do to stay anabolic:
1- Workout & stay active: You might not be able to go to a gym but you can workout effectively at home if you know what equipment to buy & exactly what sets & reps to do in order to keep building muscle.
2- Eat healthy, stay hydrated & avoid junk food like the plague (all that will do is only weaken your immune system & right now having a strong immune system is crucial)
3- Have a routine: Not just a workout routine but a daily routine. Since most of you are working from home now or stopped going to school, now more than ever; you need structure on your day in order to keep making progress or else you will fall off track & become lazy.
If you follow those 3 principles you will not loose any muscle during this quarantine.
