There are many exercises that you can do to build muscle.

But these basics will never fail you:

• Pull ups
• Push ups
• Dips
• Handstands
• Squats
• Lunges
• Rows
• Overhead pressing
• Picking up things and throwing them
- If you took 3 months to focus on getting strong at those exercises I would fear you.
- Your arms, back, chest, legs and shoulders would turn into granite
- Your clothes would fit you very tight
- Your confidence would skyrocket
- And girls would start asking: “Have you been working out?” As they massage your biceps
Having muscle is a lot of responsibility but - Hey someone has to live this life
