2019 is here and many of us are reflecting on the good times from 2018 & also all the “I could have done more moments”

I hired a fat loss coach to help me with my nutrition in 2018 & aside from the diet + workouts he gave me.

He had me answer 3 questions every Sunday
⠀
This was part of our weekly check in and these questions were the secret weapon to me making rapid fat loss progress & sticking to my goals even when things got hard.

The power in these simple questions Is that they make you reflect and analyze your progress every week.

In my case - it got me to reflect on how good or bad I was being with my diet.
⠀
- The first question makes you celebrate small wins (which we often ignore)
- The second makes you reflect on what you struggled with during the week
- And the third one makes you reflect on what you need to prioritize

For me - I had a hard time eating enough calories.
⠀
And after writing this for 3 weeks straight - I got fed up, got resourceful & changed my habits.
⠀
I reflected on my week & knew exactly what I needed to do to eat enough calories.
In my case I wasn't eating enough calories so I created very high calorie anabolic shakes to compensate (Will release some soon)

Aside from a great diet & exercise routine - answering these 3 simple questions is what helped me lose fat & see my abs in 2018.
