This was actually my dinner last night but I often eat like this
I get a lot of "what should I eat questions" so If you are skinny & don’t know what to eat to put on mass this recipe is for you:
🍗 Chicken Breast x 8.8 oz
🥑 Avocado x 5.3 oz
🍚 Rice x 8.6 oz (I used Jasmine)
🥞Butter x 8g (I cooked the chicken with this)
This whole meal was almost 1,000 calories

And yes it is a lot of food!
