2️⃣ Hang from it
3️⃣ Do pull ups

If you are a beginner & have never used trees before this will be really hard.

Start by just hanging from the tree for 5- 10 seconds.
⠀
Use gloves if the tree is too rough for your hands.
⠀
Trees are a very underrated training tool.
- They will challenge your grip like nothing else
- Your lats & forearms will be forced to work overtime.
- And the fact that the tree branch is uneven - will force you to use more muscles to stabilize.
Your upper body will be on fire after the first set!

I love using trees for training because they open your mind to the endless tools you can use to workout with in nature.

If you say you can’t do pull ups because you don’t have access to a pull up bar.

Next time you see a tree just grab a sturdy branch & do this short workout.
