I have a confession to make:
I love personal development
I love learning about positive mindset, setting goals & all that “you are what your mind believes” stuff
But let’s be honest:
No amount of positive thinking will get you to drop 10
pounds of fat & finally make you see your abs.
The truth is that you gotta take REAL, Physical Action for that fat to melt off & see results.
- You got to workout
- You got to clean up your diet
- You got to actually change a few bad habits for better ones
And once you
take action & start seeing physical changes:
Your confidence starts to grow & you feel happier
No amount of personal development books can give you the satisfaction of:
- Finally being able to fit back into your favorite pair of high school jeans
- You taking off your shirt before you shower &
finally seeing those defined lines shaping up your abs
- Or going to the store finding a shirt you like & flexing in the mirror for way too long because your arms look too damn good
Mr. Branson is right
>> If you wanna improve your inner game AKA feel better, be more positive & feel more confident
>> You gotta change your outer game AKA Gain 5 pounds of muscle, drop 5 pounds of fat or break a PR in the gym
So put that “law of attraction” book down & go do some pull ups right now!
I guarantee you will feel 10 times better than reading 3 more chapters of that book that will only keep saying “think more positively” over and over
And if you need a done for you game plan to build muscle and lose fat even if you work 60 hours a week
