I workout hard & eat good but I still can't loose fat!

On the left I was working out 6 times a week & having an unorganized diet.

Somedays I would only eat one meal (skipped breakfast) & other days I would eat out & snack throughout the day.

To the right now I am eating double the amount of food I used to before.

Workout 3 times a week (more if I want to) and the belly fat keeps dropping!

❌ I didn’t cut
out carbs
❌ I don’t fast (unless I want to)
❌ I didn’t go vegan
❌ I didn’t stop stop eating junk food
❌ I don’t eat 6 small meals a day

I don’t have a restrictive diet

✅ I still eat whatever I want, when I want to!
