Wohh it's Sunday.
For some it's sit back & watch TV while they drink a beer & wind down from the tough work week day.
For others like us it's preparaton time.
We meal prep, we set our goals for the week and we do one final workout this week.
Even if it's a short 10 min one so we can spend as much time with our loved ones.
I am about to have a late breakfast with my parents then go to the park & workout with my calisthenics crew.
BUT before I go do that I wanted to share a badass minimalistic workout routine with you.
The
holidays are here which means more family reunions, more work & more going out to do holiday fun activities.
That extra time means less workout time for many but not for you my beast!
Do this routine 3 times a week & keep getting stronger:
Squats 4 x 10
Pull Ups 4 x 10
Dips 4 x 10
Rest 1 min in between sets.
==> Do this workout Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
If these reps and sets get too easy START ADDING WEIGHT
Add weight to the squats, pull ups & dips
Each
progress by adding more weight to the reps - even if it's only 1 pound.
If you don't have weights then get creative.
Fill up a backpack with sand or books and add that to your back.
Simple right?
Now go take
action!
Start this workout routine tomorrow if you have gotten busy with the holiday times & don't have time for long and complicated workouts.
