2 years ago in 2016 I let myself go

I was drinking almost everyday, eating junk food and all I did was work outside of drinking
⠀
All my life I have been a
hardgainer so I assumed I couldn’t put on fat but I was wrong
⠀
After drinking some really good beers for 2 years straight I started to get weaker, tired, unmotivated to anything & put on 10 pounds of fat
- I stopped working out and i gained weight
- I got skinny fat and I hated this look
- My shirts would
fit me well on my arms but my stomach was fat
I had always been athletic and couldn’t believe I had let myself go this badly so I decided to start workin out again

Those initial workouts were hard!
⠀
• My stamina and endurance were terrible
• My strength was very weak
• And my energy was super low but I knew I needed to make a change
⠀
So I just started working out
again
⠀
I did something active everyday the weigh started to slowly come off
⠀
It has been 2 years of being active most days of the week and now I am in Hawaii climbing trees and doing pull ups while my friends cheer for me

Big change hu?

The journey to get fit again hasn’t been easy
⠀
• There have been many bad diet meals
• Days when I don’t wanna workout but I still do even if it’s only for 5 min
• And I’ve had a few injuries this
year

This journey hasn’t been all unicorns and rainbows but at the end of the day I have been able to lose fat & build muscle

CONSISTENCY

While not everyday has been perfect I try to be active daily & eat healthier
⠀
Some days I slack off but I get back on track right after - that is what has allowed me to get results
⠀
