3️⃣ Sleep 7-8hrs/night: Your body recovers at night so if you have been working out hard & eating healthy - be sure to get your sleep on. Try to keep a regular schedule like sleeping from 10pm-5am

4️⃣ Boost testosterone: The more testosterone you have in your body the easier it is to build muscle & burn fat.

Swap the boring 30 min cardio for 10 sets of 100 meter max out
sprints.
