When the
workout gets hard & they can't finish a set
They push & motivate each other to squeeze out those last reps.
They scream, they shake & they struggle to do one more rep but they DON'T give up.
That group of men above are my family of beasts.
Every month we travel to a new place to learn how to help more people with our businesses.
Some of these beasts are fitness coaches, doctors, authors, marketing gangsters, cooks and even fashion
coaches.
I am the only guy on the group that teaches bodyweight training & led a group workout class for everyone last month while we were in Hawaii.
The workout I created was not easy!
I wanted to test everyone's mental & physical strength
- I had them do bear crawls on the hot sand
- Max out sprints on on the uneven sand
- We did partner prison curls while half of our bodies were submerged in the clear waters at the beach
- And we all did walking lunges even
tough our legs were fried from the sprints
They all gave it their all!
The high heat made things 5 times harder but despite all these obstacles everyone pushed trough.
I wish you could have been there - the energy, the passion & the views
was surreal.
