This is a "Giant Set" so do all 4 exercises back to back without rest
After each giant set rest 1-2 min
2A) Walking Weighted Lunges 3 x 10
2B) Spiderman Crawling Push Ups 3Â x Distance
This is
a "Super Set" so do both exercises back to back without rest
Repeat 3 times without rest in between
3A) Step Up Taps 3 x 10 (each leg)
3B) Clapping Push Ups 3 x 10
3C) Knee Raises 3 x 10
This is a circuit so do all 3 exercises back to back without rest in between
Repeat circuit 3 times with minimal rest in between
