...First off I wanna share that I actually opened this coconut by crushing in my thighs 😌
I know I know, very impressive & manly (I wish I had a recording of it, lol)
With that out of the way here are the 3 exercises to get that chest to blow
up!
1️⃣ Weighted Close Grip Push Ups - if you can do more than 40 regular push up reps - let’s step it up & progressively add weight each week.
Using a closer grip will force you to engage more of your chest all throughout.
2️⃣ Ring Dips - these are brutal!!!
If you’ve never used gymnastic rings you will need to learn how to stabilize your body first (so you will shake a lot)
But what I love about ring dips is that they
allow you to have a grater range of motion
And the more range of motion you have the more muscle fibers you can activate
3️⃣ Muscle ups
So this skill takes time to master but every time you push yourself up you engage your chest like crazy!
You specially feel this as you lean forward on the bar.
An exercise that will allow you to feel the chest powers of the muscle up are “Straight Bar Dips”
You can do a pull over & end up in a
straight bar position or find a straight bar & start dipping there.
That’s it beast!
Add one of these to your routine & you’ll soon be more bulletproof than Superman! 💪🏽
