I am about to hit a late night workout BUT...
Before I go I wanted to share these 2 AMAZING stretches with you
Because they will immediately make you feel stronger!
So
let's start...
STRETCH YOUR LATS & QL (Quadratus Lumburum)

You workout & your muscles get tight so let’s stretch them.
⠀
These are 2 muscles I always stretch & make my clients do before every workout & it makes a world of difference.
⠀
As long as you can find a pole or even a door frame to grab you can do both of these stretches at the same time.
⠀
➡️ Lat
Stretch: Grab the pole firmly & pull towards your body. You’ll feel a big stretch in your lats here.

Hold for 15-30 seconds & relax
⠀
Repeat with the other side
⠀
➡️ QL Stretch: Grab the pole firmly & push your hips away from your body.
⠀
You will feel a big stretch in your low back (feels AMAZING! Specially if you sit a lot)

One side will be tighter than the other so spend a little more time on that side (for me that’s my
right side)
⠀
Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds
⠀
Repeat on the other side.
Try these 2 stretches before you do any back exercise & I guarantee you will feel amazing & probably break a PR 😉
