I just finished some coffee and I am about to go jump off some cliffs with my roommates here in the crispy clear waters in Hawaii (The views are amazing! I really wish you were here)
Before I head out I need to send you this workout I just sent my Push Up Challenge Beasts
Usually I have them do 200 push ups a day but I decided to double that up today & this is what they are doing:
- 400 Push
Ups for breakfast, lunch or dinner (Finish the 400 throughout the day or in one session if you want - this will shock your muscles like crazy!)
- 60 Knee raises & 40 Pull Ups (Do these at anytime you want trough out the day)
- 1 Comfort zone challenge (Do 10 push ups in a public area)
