Aloha Beast!
Currently I am sitting down & eating a giant spoonful of peanut butter while I send you this message from my Airbnb in Hawaii (I am really loving this place & I am looking for a good coconut tree to do pull ups on jaja)
My roommates and I are about to go job to the beach and kill a sprint + bodyweight workout
So before I do that, why not share the gains with you & send you the workout, right?
Here is what we are doing
today:
Warm Up
1A) Push Ups 10 x 10
1B) Squats 10 x 10
2A) 100 Meter Sand Sprints x 5 (Sand makes everything
harder)
2B) Bear Walk Or Crab Walk All the Way Back x 5
That's It!
Simple, quick & fun.
I will probably have them practice handstands too but for now
that is the plan.
Give it a try & let me know how hard sprinting on the hot sand is!
