I am finally back to San Diego after spending a full week in the paradise of Hawaii & man I did not wanna leave.
But I am excited to be back with my clients & to help you build more muscle!
The weekend is here & you might not have much time to workout so today I am sharing a very time efficient style of training.
It's called Density Training
The goal with this style of training is to beat your
last workout by either:
Doing more reps under the same amount of time
Or doing the same reps with a faster time
So with that said, give this workout a try & beat it next week:
Do As many Rounds as possible in 10 min
- 20 Push Ups
- 10 Pull Ups
- 20 Squats
Try to get as many rounds as posible & next week beat your numbers
If you can do just one more rep or finish this 5 seconds earlier, next week - you've made progress.
Now imagine how much faster you can do this in 4 weeks?
