Currently enjoying my last full day in Hawaii with some super sore hamstrings (I landed on my ass twice when I cliff jumped yesterday & man it hurts! jaja...but it was super fun!)

jumping... When it comes to muscle building without any weights I know exactly what to do ;)
In fact I have been doing these 7 Exercises for over 10 years in order to add size to my arms & those of my clients.
And today I wanna share this list with you:
7 Exercises To Build BIGGER
Arms WITHOUT Weights
- Push Ups
- Pull Ups
- Dips
- Handstands
- Inverted Rows
- Bear Walks
- Climbing
You are probably familiar with the first
5 but the last 2 might be new to you
Actually If you have never done long distance crawling or bear walks
OH MAN!
You are in for a big surprise as they will light your shoulders, triceps, forearms & core on fire like nothing else!
Same
goes for the climbing:
This can be climbing a:
- Wall
- Tree
- Rope
- Or even hand walking side to side on the pull up bar
Climbing will help you develop a super strong grip & this is
essential to build size on your arms
The stronger your grip is the more size you will build on your arms
Are you currently doing all 7 of these exercises?
If not, do this:
Do each exercise twice a week for 3 sets of
10
And I guarantee that your arms will get bigger in the next 30 days.
Before you do that - Let me give you a fair WARNING:
It's gonna suck but you will have to buy new shirts.
Your chest, lats, back, traps, biceps,
triceps & forearms will get huge if you add these exercises to your program & you will need new clothes
So don't complain to me when your favorite shirt doesn't fit anymore because you added too much muscle ;)
