Got a question from my boy Jonathan today:
"My main struggle that I'm facing is that I NEVER have a spare of time to workout because I always get busy with my school and work. I'm in second year of college.
Therefore, what do you
suggest to do?"
First off thanks for the question Jonathan
We all get busy with work & and school and during these times getting a workout in almost feels impossible.
I know because I have been in those shoes before
In fact it was 3 years ago when this happened to me:
I started working 3 jobs as well as taking multiple online courses & my time was ultra limited.
During this time I was under massive stress with all my jobs, was barely sleeping & also was relying on eating out all the time.
I kept going on with this lifestyle for 2 years until I woke up one day feeling miserable & tired. I looked
in the mirror at my skinny fat self & said enough!
And I started working out with bodyweight ONLY
And that is what I suggest you do as well Jonathan.
STOP
relying on a gym & do bodyweight workouts at home or throughout the day.
Get on the floor and do 100 push ups, 100 squats & finish it off with 5 sets of max out sprints
This is a very simple workout & requires no equipment.
If you do 10-20 min workouts like those 4 times a week I you will start to see results.
They are not perfect but if you are busy - taking consistent imperfect action is key if you wanna build muscle.
So there you go Jonathan,
Give this workout a try 4 times a week & let me know how you feel after 1 week.
Crush it bro!
We just started the second round of the challenge today & everyday I am showing you a new push up variation (Most of
these variations you've never seen before so things will get wild)
