It's the middle of the week & this is when most people start to become lazy & lose the ambition to hit their workouts.
But NOT US.
We
step it up & put even more intensity.
We warm up, do our workouts & work on our weaknesses.
- Our upper back is feeling weak? We do an extra set of 100 inverted rows at the end of our workouts
- We want bigger biceps? We do an extra 50 chin ups at the end of our workouts
- We can do 50 push ups with ease? We add a 45 pound plate to our backs & try to see how many reps we can get with the extra weight.
We step it up & attack even more because that is the only way to get stronger: To do more than yesterday.
