Hope you had fun with the challenge yesterday.
I just got done training my client at a different park today (no weed smoking hobos here, lol)
I took my client trough a leg workout & it made me remember you.
I know you wanna add mass & the quickest way to achieve that is trough hitting the legs hard!
I know I preach a lot of calisthenics but when it comes to the legs I love lifting heavy weight.
So I wanna share 5 of my favorite leg mass builders so you can add these to
your current workout & put on size!

- Weighted Hip Thrusts (Not many guys do these & they are missing out on some massive explosive strength &
size)
- Squats (All kinds: goblet, front, back, side to side, pistols, etc)
- Lunges (Specially doing walking lunges for distance)
- Deadlifts (If you learn the proper form this is honestly all you need. This is the kind of all lower body exercises & will put on slabs on muscle when done
correctly)
- Farmer Walks (Honestly any type of loaded carries will do - wether it is you using farmer walk handles, dumbbells or picking up a friend & walking with them on your back - this is a sure fire way to add size & strength to your body)
- BONUS: Sprints (Specially hill sprints - this is a fantastic explosive & strength exercise that will boost your
testosterone like crazy & help you put on size)
Honestly if you do sprints correctly (going all out) - Your glutes & hamstrings will be super sore the next day.
If your current goal is to add size I would highly encourage you to hit the legs 2-3 times a week. It will make adding size
& getting stronger so much faster.
The only downfall is that you might have to eventually have to buy new pants since your legs will get bigger, but we can all live that problem right? ;)
