Hope you had an amazing weekend & are fully re-charged!
I woke up at 4am to train one of my new clients. We went to a park great park but sadly there were some hobos smoking weed around us as we worked out.
Have you ever
experienced something like that?
You go to the park to get a workout in or play a sport and as you put in work there are some people smoking or drinking next to you?
It can ruin your mindset & be a big distraction for some people.
But to us obstacles like these only make us stronger. We are not gonna let other people ruin our workouts with their laziness.
So lets give it all we got & make crazy progress!
My friend Kurtis Jackson (yes like 50 cent) challenged me yesterday
to do the "Bring Sally Up Challenge"
And I decided to also challenge you!
Here is what to do:
- Listen to this song: Moby - Flower
- And every-time she says "Bring Sally Up" you push up
- When she says "Bring Sally down" You lower
- When she says "Hold it" You freeze & hold your position
- Sounds simple right?
Starts simple then after a min things get really tough.
- You start to shake
- You start to feel comfortable when she says "up"
- But as she says "hold it" you start to panic
- You check the time & realize only 40 seconds have passed
- You still got 2 more min left
- And you start to say I HATE SALLY!
It's a fun but tough challenge & I would love to see how far into the song you can make it.
