Hope your day is going amazing as you look. Your traps are getting meaty man! I can see that those pull ups are paying off ;)
I have a fun secret to tell you today:
Over the last month I have been
secretly teaching a 4-step formula for muscling up & the results are nothing but crazy.
My clients are muscling up in 1 week after doing this and some are getting their first muscle in as fast as 5 min!
This is powerful stuff and I wanna share it with more people but first I
want to know:
- Are you interested in learning how to muscle up?

I want to find a small group of committed guys to do test run my muscle up program before I release it & I would love for you to be part of it.
If you can't do 10 pull ups yet that's OK, it's not a requirement but it will make things a lot faster & easier.
Actually if you wanna get your pull up number up do this:
Everyday for the next 30 days do 5 sets of sub-maximal reps of pull ups throughout the day (About every hour)
(Sub-maximal
means to stop 1-2 reps before hitting failure)
So if your current max is 6 pull ups you would do 5 sets throughout the day of 4 pull ups.
That's 20 pull ups a day for the 30 days but here is what will actually happen:
- At the end of week 1 you will be able to do more than 5 pull up as your max so you will probably do 5 sets of 6 reps
- By week 2 that max will also increase
- Same thing will happen by week 3 & 4.
If you follow this method I can assure you that you will go from doing 5 pull ups to 8-10 reps in the next 30 days.
The key is to not max out so you always use good form.
I've used this method to be
able to reach 20 pull ups in 1 set before so it works as long as you are consistent with it.
