of the most common questions I get daily is:
- "What is the best protein shake I should take"
- or "How much protein should I take to build muscle?
And my answer is always the same:
You don't need protein shakes to build muscle
Kinda ironic as I write that while sipping on a shake right?
...Let me explain...
As long as you eat enough protein trough regular whole foods like beans, chicken, meat, almonds & broccoli.
You don't need protein shakes!
But if you don't get enough
protein in a day then shakes are a very easy & convenient way to meet your protein goals.
So if you have ever felt like you are missing out on muscle gains because you don't drink protein shakes don't worry man!
As long as you eat enough protein rich foods you
will build muscle 💪
