What is up beast!
It's the first off the month & I hope you got off to a great start. I'll be honest I came home from the pool party this morning at 6:30AM & as soon as I got home I slept for a few hours.
I woke up around 12PM, did my 100 push ups & finished making an epic Push Up Motivation Video for the start of the 28 Day Challenge!
