Actually, first let's take a moment to admire how much your arms how grown! I can see that you have been using my "snacking" principles in order to make them grow. I freaking love that you are taking action!
While I was in New York 2 weeks ago my
Instagram coach's wife shared with me her "Shower Workout Routine"
I didn't even know that was a thing but if you do a quick Google search you will find a few "pre-shower workouts"
She began to describe how she has no time to go to a gym because she is a busy mom so in order
to get her workout in she does sets of 10 squats multiple times a day.
And actually while she showers she does 4 sets of 10 squats.
That is so badass!
And it is
something I have been doing every-time I shower now.
Not only do I come out feeling fresh out of the shower but I also get a nice leg pump & feel amazing!
You need to give this a try!!!
You can do these squats anywhere you want:
- As soon as you wake up
- While you work
- Or even while shower
The opportunities are endless & you can build muscle anywhere.
