I just finished gulping down my Hulk Protein Shake
I call it that because it's green & has vegetables mixed in (I'll give you the recipe at the end ;)
If you are not eating vegetables everyday you are doing your muscles a disservice.
- Vegetable are low in calories
- High in fiber (most of us are actually super efficient in fiber)
- Are packed with vitamins + minerals to help your immune system get stronger.
Honestly most people OVERCOMPLICATE eating vegetables & think they need to eat 5 different ones everyday to feel the benefits but I disagree & will tell you to keep things very
simple:
Pick 2 vegetables & only eat those every day for the rest of the week.
That's what I tell my clients & removes the feeling of overwhelm when it comes to eating vegetables & I want you to give it a try.
I actually dare you to eat 2 cups of spinach & 1 cup of broccoli every day for the
next week.
I guarantee that you will:
- Have a massive spike in energy
- Reduce the bloating in your stomach
- And feel stronger during your workouts
And if that still sounds "hard" to do I got good news for you.
Instead of actually grabbing a bowl & tossing the veggies there - JUST DRINK THEM!
Toss them in your protein shake & drink them away. You will experience the benefits as eating salads with less work.
That's actually what I did with my morning Hulk Shake
- I added some vegan vanilla protein powder
(I don't do well with whey)
- Threw 2 cups of spinach
- And threw 1 cup of broccoli
- Blended it all in my Vitamix
- Drank it & turned into the Hulk
OK maybe I am not the Hulk yet but I do feel ready to kill my workout in 1 more hour!
So if you hate veggies: Blend them into your protein shake.
eating drinking them will be so much easier so you can give your your muscles the vitamins & minerals they deserve to grow bigger & stronger!
