Hope you are having an amazing taco Tuesday (Not sure if this just a California thing but we take our tacos very seriously here)
We just had our first day of the Push Up Challenge yesterday
& everyone is doing amazing.
I love hearing how everyone wakes up feeling super energetic after doing their push ups for breakfast.
In this challenge I added what I call: Comfort Zone Challenges.
It requires you to do an exercise in public.
The reason why I added this is because building muscle alone won't give you confidence.
You gotta work on building up your confidence while you build muscle at the same time.
Otherwise you will end up looking muscular but still be afraid to talk to girls or stand up for what you believe in while at work. (Maybe you are afraid to ask for that raise you deserve but don't feel worthy enough? Fuck that! You deserve that & more!)
I tell you this because this was my experience. I build a great looking physique but was still insecure and shy.
This all started to change when I started doing Comfort Zone Challenge AKA working out in public.
That's one the
reasons why you see me doing push ups in Vegas & doing mini workouts while people watch me at hotels.
I do it because you can get a great workout anywhere (the world is your giant gym)
And because if I can get over the fact that someone else is watching me or thinking I am weird it will toughen me up & boost my confidence.
It's that simple!
