So I am taking the subway right now to meet my friend Daniel and eat Russian food for the first time.
I’ve never had Russian food but I love being adventurous with my food.
Actually last night I had crab & lobster sauce pizza. It was
phenomenal!
So you can say I love trying new things.

Have you ever heard about Russian dips?
(They are also called forearm or elbow dips)
If you haven’t you are missing out on one of the best
tricep & forearm mass builders!
Back when I was starting to training to get bigger arms because I was super skinny I would do focus a lot on doing dips, push ups & pull ups.
Those 3 exercises worked like magic to make my arms grow but when I started to add Russian dips my arms blew
up!
I want your arms to get huge as well!

So what are Russian Dips?
Russian dips are an advanced dip variation where you dip down and land on your forearms. Then press up from that position.

This exercise requires a lot of strength and if you’ve been struggling to add size to your arms adding Russian dips to your workout will spark new growth!
This is one of those “secret” exercises most people don’t know about.
Dips are amazing and will build massive arms but if you feel like you’ve hit a plateau with your arm workouts or you can do 10-15 dips with ease do this:
Add 3 sets of 5 reps of Russian dips twice a week
& your arms will grow!
Your triceps will get super strong & if you have been struggling with muscle ups Russian dips will help you push up on top of the bar.
