Jason: But, what’s your routine?
Me: I keep things simple & follow The Push Up Diet
I showed him the exact routine I follow daily from page 7
And his jaw dropped!
Jason: Is it really that easy?!?
I went over and explained to him how it really is that simple - Bodyweight training will build muscle if you follow a plan like mine that is proven to work.
I’ll be honest, I was very surprised that not many people comprehend how powerful bodyweight workouts are for getting bigger arms.
They always think that lifting weights or going to a gym to sue machines is the “right” way to build muscle.
At the end of the day resistance is
resistance - wether it comes from your own bodyweight or some heavy weight your body doesn’t know the difference.
I personally, have used the Push Up Diet before to add an extra inch to my arms.
And I wanna ask you, what would you do with an extra inch on your arms?
- How would you feel?
- What shirts would you buy?
- How confident would you feel?
- Wouldn’t it be badass to have other people ask you: Bro! What is your workout routine, your arms are
huge!
