I am riding on the subway on my way to Times Square NY and being here reminded me of your badass self so I had to share this with you!
Have you ever seen how all trains have pull up bars set up for
you to work out with? π
All those rails and bars on top are perfect to get a quick workout in.

If you take the train to work everyday you could do one set of 10 pull ups every time you entered the train.

game
What If you did 10 pull ups every day for the next 30 days?
- How would you feel?
- How much muscle would you build?
- How much stronger would your back feel?
- How much stronger will your grip
be?
- How much more confident will you feel knowing that you do 10 pull ups every day?Β (When everyone else at your workplace is a lazy potato and all they care about is discussing the stupid show they watched last night while scarfing down some pink donuts.)
Just think what if?
I can tell you from experience that doing 10 pull ups everyday changed my life.
It helped me gain more muscle, increase my strength & improved my posture which led to me feeling more confident when walking in public.
If might
not sound like much but at the end of the 30 days you will have finished 300 pull ups.
Those 300 pull ups are a lot!
And all it took for you is to only do 10 a day.
So think what if?
What if you could build more muscle in the next 3 months than you have in the last year?
