That's what my busy client told me last night while we had our weekly check in call.
He said: I haven't been working out in the last 4 days because I have been busy with my 3 jobs.
My client
is busy. He has a job from 7AM-5PM & from 8-12AM he manages his own bar in Mexico.
On top of that he does construction in the mornings during the weekends.
So the man is a work horse no doubt but after talking with him I gave him a 20 min bodyweight routine he can do everyday
& also gave him the:
"I don't have time to workout workout"
I call it that because anyone can do this no matter how busy they are & I wanna share it with you right now:
When you are busy do:
That's it!
You can do them in one set in the morning or
throughout the day - your choice.
Anyone can do this workout anywhere, anytime - it's that simple!
So whenever you feel too busy remember to do push ups & squats.
Actually talking about push ups...
