That happened to me 2 months ago, my good friend Ryan said: "You got muscle man but I can't see it because you got some fat covering your body".
I felt like a knife had just stabbed me on the freaking heart!
Ryan was right I needed to drop some fat & reveal my muscles so the next day I started to diet and modified my workouts to help me build more muscle & drop the fat.
