My dude!
I am about to cook some fish and start eating but before I do that I need to talk to you. (And I know this sound like a break up text, lol)
I was writing a guide on how to muscle up and as I was doing that it hit me like a
ton of bricks.
There was 2 HUGE MISTAKES I did while trying to build muscle that always held me back.
No matter how hard I trained these 2 things always made me stay skinny & I wanna share them with you so you can avoid the struggles of busting your ass off in the gym and barely seeing any
progress.

Mistake #1: Not eating enough calories
Mistake #2: Only using isolation exercises
These 2 mistakes are responsible for keeping you skinny and frustrated with the lack of results.
When I finally started tracking how many calories I ate I was shocked!
I was only eating about 1,000-1,500 a day, this was no where near close to what I needed to consume in order to
grow.
Back in my early weightlifting days I wanted big arms and a nice chest so I would spend a lot of time curling and doing chest presses.
I got some results but I was also really stiff, had rounded shoulders and frankly wasn't building pounds of muscle like I was promised.
I needed to focus on compound exercises like pull ups, squats, handstands & push ups.
When I started doing those the muscle started coming.
I still like and appreciate lifting weights (specially strongman training &
powerlifting) but bodyweight offers me so much more freedom to workout anywhere & anytime I want.
I want you to think right now if you are doing those 2 mistakes:
- Are you eating enough?
- And are you doing
compound exercises in your workouts or solely relying on training abs, chest and arms?
If you are at least now you are aware & can work to avoid them.

workout program that will teach you how to build muscle with bodyweight workouts, as well as how to eat to get bigger.
This is the stuff I wish I knew when I started and I will release it soon.
But I don't know what to name this program!

- No More Mr. Skinny Guy
