I just landed in New York & I got a message from Logan.
Logan is a 21 year old college student who wants to learn how to L-sit, muscle up & hold a handstand.
He recently started to get back pain from lifting
weights & decided to only focus on calisthenics.
Since he made the switch he has been getting stronger but now feels stuck.
He doesn't know how to practice for a muscle up or how to do a handstand.
So he asked me for help.
