Idk why I always do this but I always pack last minute!
Actually right now I am washing clothes so I can finish packing since I leave to New York tomorrow. (Can't wait to experience the hustle of the city & meet up with the barstarzz)
But before I continue packing I had to send you this email because you need to know about the best conditioning exercise you probably aren't doing.
I was training my client 2 hours ago and one of the big
things we are working on is his conditioning.
"He struggled to do more than 1 pull up & would run out of breath every time we did a bodyweight circuit when we first started training"
His conditioning was
really bad and instead of ignoring it I made it a priority to work on this weakness
When most people think "I need to improve my conditioning" they immediately think of running for long distances to do this...
...But running is not time efficient nor will it it help you build
muscle.
So what did we do?
We did SPRINTS!
We added a set of 5 max out sprints to his warm up and the results speak for themselves.
Since doing this my client has gotten more explosive, can run faster, jump higher & has build more muscle with ease.
Sprints are magical for building muscle & if you are not currently using them you are lowering your muscle building potential.
Like I did with my client you don't have to complicate adding sprints to your current workout.
Simply add 5 max out sprints to your warm up & this will help you boost your athleticism and build more muscle.
And if this sounds too easy - IT'S NOT!
If you truly do 5 max out sprints as fast as you can
Your glutes, calves, hamstrings & core will be sore AF the next day!
OK I'll get back to packing now but promise me you'll add a set of 5 all out sprints next time you workout so you can build more muscle.
