What Is Up BEAST!
First off those traps are looking meaty! You've been putting in work & all those pull ups are paying off! I am proud of you man, keep crushing it!
I just
finished gulping down a vegan protein shake with some greens superfood & I needed to share with you how I have been eating lately...
...Because I am getting CRAZY Results!
I've always done Intermitting Fasting in some way or another.
But I've always been intuitive about. I simply choose to skip breakfast because I am busy & don't wanna spend time cooking breakfast.
And then throughout the day I would eat a big lunch & finish up with a bigger dinner.
I didn't measure anything, I simply put a lot of potatoes or rice on the plate & combine that with chicken or ground beef.
If I was still hungry I would get up & put more on my plate.
This was working great to help me pack on size but since summer is almost
here I decided to get lean for these 3 reasons:
- I live in San Diego so the beach is everything here and I want to look good with my shirt off...Because abs = girls right? ;)
- Not only the physique goals but dropping body fat will make improving my muscle ups, handstands & any other calisthenic skill so much easier
(The lighter I am, the less weight I have to move trough space)
- On top of that; Getting lean will also make it significantly easier to build muscle and get bigger. That’s because when you are lean you have better insulin sensitivity and can tolerate carbs a whole lot better.
So getting lean will help me look better, get stronger at calisthenics skills & will make it easier for
me to build muscle - That all sounds like a Big Win to me!
Now like I said I've always done this intermittent fasting intuitively
But this time I decided to get HELP
I purchased + read multiple books on fasting & consulted with different diet coaches in the last 2 weeks
I even purchased a weight scale so I can accurately track exactly how many macros I am eating (I feel like a scientist measuring my food portions, ha!)
I am happy to say that I finally have this intermitting fasting diet down to a step by step checklist!
And I will share that with you tomorrow
