Monday!
Another start of the week for us to crush our goals!
I gotta be honest with you tough, I woke up feeling unmotivated to do my morning workout today. I woke up feeling tired from eating too much ice cream last night & also my shoulders are hurting from
getting sunburned yesterday at the park.
Regardless of how I felt, I got up, went to the bathroom & ate my 100 push ups for breakfast (like I do every single morning)
When I am not feeling motivated to
workout I follow a SIMPLE RULE that I wanna share with you today. (It will make needing motivation a thing of the past!)
Ready? I know you are ;)

First off: Motivation comes and goes. One week you are fired up & the next you hit a wall.

You
lose the fire & debate whether this workout thing truly is worth your time or not.

In those moments when you think about giving up; you gotta MAN UP & remember that you made a COMMITMENT to yourself and follow:

The 10/10/10 Rule
Ask yourself - If I don't workout:
1️⃣ How will I feel about my decision in 10 minutes?
2️⃣ How will I feel about my decision
in 10 hours?
3️⃣ How will I feel about my decision in 10 days?
