When I started working out in Middle
School all I wanted was bigger arms and abs.
I wanted to walk down the aisles of school and have the sleeves of my shirt suffocate my biceps.
Unfortunately I was a skinny & shy kid and I had no clue how to make my arms grow.
I didn't have access to a computer or a smart phone like we do today.
All I had was a TV, a crappy Sony Ericson to call my mom & my own resourcefulness.
I can't remember exactly what show or movie I saw but I saw
someone doing push ups & sit ups who had big arms and I had an epiphany.
"If I do both sit ups and push ups I will get huge!"
So I got to work & every night & morning I would do push ups and sit ups in the hopes of getting big
arms.
My arms grew a lot in a few months of this daily routine and while I was still skinny my arms were certainly hugging my sleeves a little more.
I kept that daily routine for 4 years until I started lifting weights in high school.
I never knew how much my arms had grown until I had several other students asking me how I got big arms.
First off I was shy and wasn't used to getting attention so the fact that I had other guys asking me for advice was very shocking to me.
I shared my simple push up routine with them but most ignored it.
We were in a weight room and they only wanted to how they can lift weights to get bigger.
Actually most of those guys ignored using any bodyweight exercises in their training and
instead focused on only doing curls & bench pressed.
The results?
They all looked the same year after year.
They got a little stronger but physically they didn't have much results despite
killing their arms in the weight room.
Still to this day when someone asks me for muscle building advice they don't believe me that I have built most of my muscle by doing bodyweight exercises.
I have used weights in the past and still do sometimes but bodyweight
exercises have been the bread and butter of my training.
If you are looking to build muscle & are not doing the 7 exercises I shared with you when you signed up for these email then you are missing out on a lot of progress.
Look over that guide again and build your workouts around those exercises & you will build
muscle.
I can guarantee that.
I mentioned that I started my journey by doing push ups & to this day I still do my daily push ups.
This is the road map to not only double your push up reps but also to get bigger arms.
My whole training style has been built around the philosophy I share inside this book & I want you to use it.
I know it will give you the arms you've always wanted & boost your confidence in the process ;)
Keep
having a killer day,
