Yo yo yo!
I am currently lost in an underground parking lot in Downtown San Diego, trying to find the elevator.
I’ll find it soon but as I am walking here, it made me think of you.
I was thinking of how much of an action taker you
are & wanted to give you 1 simple habit that you can implement in your daily routine to build more muscle starting today!
Here Is The Muscle Building Habit:
Instead of just walking to the elevator or to work do 1 set of 10-20 lunges & then
continue walking.
Super simple to implement & will make you feel so much better + give you a nice pump.
You can also do this anytime you go to the grocery shop. As soon as you park do 1 set of lunges and then walk to the entrance.
Again super simple, will take less than 1 min & you are getting a mini workout in.
You can snack on lunges all throughout the day anytime you have to walk for some distance:
- Anytime you walk to
work
- Anytime you walk to your next class in college
- Anytime you go grocery shopping
- Anytime you go to the mall
- Anytime you wake up and have to walk to the bathroom
- Anytime you walk to a restaurant
You basically can do this anywhere as long as you have 2 legs (which I hope you do)
It’s so simple but little habits like these will get you stronger and build more muscle throughout the day.
Also you
don’t have to only do 10-20 lunges; you can do more if you want but that’s a good starting point.
Add this to your daily routine, workout your legs regularly and you will build muscle.
Simple as that!
