- Handstand push ups next to the park’s bathroom
- Lifting heavy dumbbells & using sand bags at home
- And overall being raw & using nature +
anything in my environment to get STRONG
Since I’ve been working out outdoors for some time there have always been people that tell me “I Should Stop”
Actually one time I was killing my bodyweight workout very late (around midnight) at the park 10 min from my house.
And the community security guard comes & yells:
“Hey! What are you doing?”
Me: I am working out, getting doing some pull ups
“You can’t be here at this hour”
Me: Why? It’s a park, I am just working out not doing anything dangerous”
“Its the city rules, you can’t be at the park after 10PM
WTF!!!
I left, didn’t wanna cause any issues but this guy killed my vibe as I was doing my pull ups
Even tough he killed my vibe as soon as I got home & finished my workout in my
room.
I'll tell you this:
People don’t want you to be strong! The city doesn’t you to be strong
Society would rather keep us weak, skinny & satisfied with being
average
FUCK THAT!
Not us!
Too many people are “training too pretty”
Let them be organized,
follow the rules & stop working out when they are told to stop.
Let’s get out there & use playgrounds again
Let’s make men strong again!
