Have you noticed that most people fall off their workout routine when
they go on vacation?
They get distracted by exploring the place they are visiting, eat bad foods & don't sleep properly because they want to do the most they can while on vacation.
I am fine with all of that, I want you to enjoy yourself when you go on vacation BUT there is always a way to get a workout in! No Excuses ;)
Lorenzo - One of our fellow beasts asked me the question below &
I wanted to share the answer with you because I know it will help you out next time you go on vacation.
=================
"I've been following your jump rope routine of 5 set 1 minute intervals and the pyramid pushups as well as the plank 2 minute challenge for 5 days a week.
I need a good workout that will be suitable for
travel.
But first I need a good stretching routine that I can stretch every part of my body with as few as moves as possible.
Any good ideas for bodyweight leg workouts as well as arms?
As for nutrition, I've cut down on so much sugar for the past month and I've noticed progress. I've been drinking a lot of water and green tea. I eat a lot of eggs and
drink a lot of lactose free 2% milk.
Any other ideas you have for my fitness goal?
I'm a hard gainer. I have a small build but I want to get in the best shape of my life. 6 pack abs is my goal. I want to put on some muscle weight.
Please help me achieve my goal. If you have any other questions please ask right
away.
Thanks,"

Thank you Lorenzo for your question, I appreciate the fact that you are taking action & still wanna put in work to reach your goals even while on vacation.

"So glad you are following that
routine!
Some moves I would do to stretch are deep squats (try to move slowly side to side) hindu push ups, hang from a bar and retract your shoulder
blades & lastly handstands.
There is more stuff you can do like do wrist & ankle circles but those moves above will stretch you out a lot.
Since you are traveling you gotta be efficient with your workouts, I would recommend to keep things very minimal & do upper & lower body focused exercises:
Upper body #1) Push Ups, Pull Ups, Dips & Dragon Flags
Upper Body #2) Handstands, Planks, Chin Ups, Burpees
Lower body)
Lunges, Squats, Glute Bridges & Sprints
You can do circuits, supersets or do 4 sets of 10 of each exercise. Play around with the best method that works for you in the moment.
I am a hardgainer too so I know how hard it can be to put on weight. Eat a lot of carbs: potatoes, pasta, rice & fruits + veggies (basically eat a ton!)
You are doing good & to build muscle takes time but your main focus should be on getting stronger at those exercises I
mentioned. As you get stronger (can do heavier weighted reps or increase the reps you can do in 1 set) you will build muscle.
Hope this helps man, would love to see a video or photos of you working out with coconut trees or hanging from some random bars to do pull ups like I did in this video:

I know the answer I gave wasn't step by step but the goal to working out while
traveling is to keep things simple in order to keep the flow going.
I care about you man & I wanna help you out.
