I just came back from Las Vegas & oh man it was a fun time!
Not only was I hanging around business badasses but we also saw a hypnosis show & I got to share my training style with everyone.
They really liked how simple it was & one of the things I have been teaching lately is the principle of SNACKING
Just like eating a snack means eating a small meal a few times a day
Its the same principle with working out
You snack on an exercise throughout the day to get stronger at it.
If you wanna get better at push ups or pull ups
You would do them throughout the day
BUT the key is to not max out on any set (stop 1-2 reps before hitting failure)
What this does is it keeps you using good form at all times & build good neurological patterns whenever you execute the exercise.
I've used this exact method to reach 21 pull ups in 1 set
It took me 30 days to go from struggling with 13 pull ups to 21 in one set with good form (no kipping or half reps)
If you want to increase your reps in any exercise start snacking on it &
you will increase your reps in a few weeks!
I actually just wrote a small book on this principle where I give you a 30 day routine designed to increase your push ups & increase your confidence.
