I wanna take a moment to say
you are a fucking badass!
Most people out there are only wishing they could get stronger & get a better body but not you.
You understand that it takes hard work, sweat & consistency.
There are no shortcuts & you are committed to doing whatever it takes to reach your goals & I admire you for that.
A few days ago I got a reply from one of our beasts Kunal who did the 100 reps of pull ups challenge.
Here is what Kunal
said:
"I am glad u send these 5 challenges. It took me around 40-45 mins to complete 125 dead hang pull ups."
Kunal you are a beast & went above & beyond the reps I said.

If you wanna get stronger simply take action.
Don't wait for the perfect moment to workout - Just act.
If you wanna
do the challenge here it is:
Do 100 reps of pull ups with as many reps and sets it takes (This might take you more than an hour to finish!)
Your back, your arms & your soul will all be on fire!
Once you are done with this you will come out a new man.
After all who does 100 pull ups as their workout?
Only us crazy beasts who are not conformed with simply having good looking muscles.
We wanna be strong both physically & mentally so we can dominate life!
And in order to do this we must break the rules & do unconventional workouts like this one.
